Policy Scope
This Refund/CancellationPolicy applies to all coaching sessions, packages, and related services provided by Malorine Mathurin | A Medium Creates.
No Refunds but Rescheduling allowed after 24 hour notification
All payments for coaching services are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
● Cancellation by the client.
● Failure to attend scheduled sessions. (I will wait 15 minutes before signing off and will send a follow up email if the client does not attend)

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
